RACE PACKET PICK UP on day before event at park house or transition area from 1pm to 3 pm. Mandatory PHOTO-ID CHEK and MEMBER CARD ID CHECK .
- Olympic/Sprint "Late Show" can pick up on race morning from 7 am to 8 am for $15-Special-Service READY CASH ONLY , you will miss the orientation meeting on the day before. >>> Else have the Race Packet mailed as an option during registration or as a sperate option if you can't make it to pick up on day before the race, but you'll miss the orientation meeting on the day before the event.

- *) Half-Participants : Race Packet Rules : NO* Race Packet pick up on race morning. Why picking up the race packet on race morning is not possible ? Because of time limitations : State Park opens at 7 am (sun rise) Race starts at 7:30 am !!! It is nearly impossible to serve 500, not even 100, race packets in 30 minutes. :) Also, 1) at a later start, you would be running at warmer temperatures and 2) you'll miss the race orientation meeting held the day before and 3) you will race a course you are not familiar with and 4) you waive your right to complain because you did not attend the orientation meeting and 5) miss any updates. Have it mailed during registration.
- Please note: Due to the time limitation above we strongly recommend that you arrive the day before and attend the orientation meeting , BUT IF you have to arrive on race morning THEN please arrive at 6:30 am and have your mailed Race Packet with you, your picture ID ready at body-marking, else no start without body-marking. Fees include, Bib, swim cap, transition area spot with separate bike stand, earn-it custom T-shirt and Finisher-Ribbon upon finish, after-race-Juce&Fruit-buffet and your event photo(s) as available. Water and Gatorade stations one mile apart during running course.
Not included: Insurance day fee $10, Park, Camping and parking fees. Please include your valid member number.

CANCELLATIONS: or changes in race category :
only in writing or email received 30 days before event date.
Refunds of registration fee only for cancellations to original registered person will be honored less $25 processing fee. Sorry no refunds after confirmation from event director. No cancellations within 30 days before event date, except with documented authentic medical emergency. No refunds for chnges of race category. No transfer of registration in any case. IF event is cancelled, excluding due to "Act of God", THEN only registration paid fees, not including active.com transaction fees, will be refunded less current expenses prorated by the number of registrations and adminstrative fees.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE to any person. Fined and removed if NO RACE ID. We care for the safety of our participants.
NOTE :Please advise your companions that anyone racing without a race number and body-marking will be cited for tress passing, fined by the park rangers and immediatly removed out of the park. No pacing is allowed on the course as per International Triathlon rules. For your own safety: the park is exclusively private for this event during the race. Spectators will be guided to defined areas and vista points.
