R T S HISTORY
RTS was established in 1993. The Company’s objective was to
provide field service to North & South Carolina Insurance Companies.
Survey and Audit formats were designed for Audit and Underwriting
Loss Control Departments.
AREA of OPERATION
A NORTH CAROLINA based insurance service corporation,
headquartered in the metropolitan Charlotte area. The primary facility
is located in Mt. Isle Community ( A small western suburb of
Charlotte). Our mail service is located at a P.O. box in Mt. Holly, NC.
AUDITS
Workers Compensation and General Liability formats were
developed to provide the companies with a summary of the actual
exposure for the policy period. The worksheet provided the carrier
an outline of data used to arrive at the exposure.
LOSS CONTROL SURVEYS
SURVEY REPORTS for Underwriting. A broad line of surveys
were developed to cover the underwriting data needed for various types of
property, casualty and liability insurance. The surveys include diagrams,
photo's, and narrative data for underwriting.
R T S STAFF
Our Auditors and Field Survey members cover the Carolinas and
the adjoining states. Field Staff Members are located throughout each
state to provide a quicker response time for customers.

Research Technical Services provides a cost competitive service.
We pride ourselves on providing the Insurance Industry with a variety
of dependable and affordable information services. Our surveys,
evaluations, audits, and reports are prepared and presented using
Industry Standards, governmental / technical / industry reference
material and universal guides.

Research Technical Services strives to provide a quality and
accurate product by maintaining the latest guidelines and manual rules.
All work must go through a comprehensive Quality Analysis
(Q/A) process before it ever reaches the customer.
