Brian Esema and Bodel Blossom International Ltd., whose last known address is; Suite 13, Block E. Close D, Limpopo Street, Abuja, Federal Republic of Nigeria; and Isaba Kenneth Onigu-Otite and SABRON OIL SERVICES LIMITED, whose last known address is; No. 30 Ojugbana Drive, Asaba, Delta State, Federal Republic of Nigeria, are not AFFILIATED under or ASSOCIATED with HAMPDEN PAIT HOLDINGS LTD.

The Hampden Pait President further indicated that Mr. Frank Eyitene, and Engineer Dandison Goda Chujor, of Starex Petroleum Refinery Limited, Registered Office Ewide Estate, Harbour Road, P.M.B. 1, Nchia, River State, Federal Republic of Nigeria; all known to be Citizens of Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Dominion of Canada, has no authority whatsoever in any capacity to represent, undertake or make representation as Agents of The Hampden Pait Holdings Ltd. and should CEASE and DESIST from using or soliciting any business in the names of Hampden Pait or its associates.
