(HPC) has announced effective Monday, August 8th, 2011, that GREEN TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, INC. (OTCQB: GTSO), JOHN SHEARER, its President and CEO, headquartered in the green technology epicenter of San Jose, California, and as well as their associates et al, are not affiliated, or in any way associated with the HAMPDEN PAIT HOLDINGS LTD., an Ontario Canada Corporation or HAMPDEN PAIT (CANADA) LTD., a company duly formed under the laws of the Dominion of Canada.

The Hampden Pait President and Chief Executive Office further indicated that Mr. John Shearer and his associates, have no authority whatsoever in any capacity to represent, undertake, make representation, as an agent(s) or affiliate of the Hampden Pait Holdings Ltd. and should CEASE and DESIST from using or soliciting any business in the name of Hampden Pait or its associates.

Hampden Pait�s decision to inform the general public and the business community that Hampden Pait Holdings Ltd. and its Board of Directors, Stockholders, and Affiliates are not involved in any business relationships whatsoever with the said GREEN TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, INC. (OTCQB: GTSO) and its associates due to the expiration of the sixty-day (60) option to enter into an agreement between the parties for the exploration of RARE EARTH MINERALS in the Republic of Congo. Please note that no further agreement(s) has been extended to the said GREEN TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, INC. (OTCQB: GTSO), John Shearer and its associates by the Hampden Pait Holdings Ltd. beyond the expiration date of the said option Agreement, which has been NULL and VOID.

Hampden�s decision to no longer associate itself with the said GREEN TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, INC. (OTCQB: GTSO) or its associates will translate into more profit and better service for our company, its customers, Board of Directors, Stockholders, and Affiliates.

Hampden Pait desires to inform the general public and the business community at-large that Hampden Pait Holdings Ltd. and its Board of Directors, Stockholders, and Affiliates had no knowledge whatsoever of any of the Press Releases that was released to the general public over time in support of GREEN TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, INC. (OTCQB: GTSO) or its associates financial endeavours.

Furthermore, let the record show that Hampden Pait Holdings Ltd., and its associates as well as the Republic of Congo at no time whatsoever, either provided information that could be construed as false or misleading or authorized any entity, or person(s) to provide such information to the general public. We are not or have not been involved in any business transactions with the said GREEN TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, INC. (OTCQB: GTSO) and its associates as mentioned herein.
