With more than thirty years of entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Harris embraces his role as the President and Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for corporate strategy, governance, finance and organization. Mr. Harris oversees the vision and strategic direction of the corporation. He also ensures the fiscal health and continued growth of the organization, all the while providing valuable insight into the needs of an ever changing marketplace.

He leads new business development, new markets development and on-going client relations. Prior to founding Hampden, Mr. Harris worked in various industry segments including manufacturing, automotive, aviation, international trade, petrochemical, commercial and industrial real estate development.

Mr. Harris majored in engineering and business administration. He continued his acquisition of knowledge through numerous courses and seminars while bolstering his expertise in the field of business, economics, finance, various business structures and other investments.

Mr. Harris has an in-depth knowledge of the offshore and non-offshore financial sectors and has attended several industry conferences over the years. He has spent several years in the industry as an offshore business consultant. Mr. Harris has been involved in a number of other significant projects in the past several years, including the successful start-up of a private consortium group that provides turnkey facilities and economic development services to government and private sector clients.
