With more than thirty years of entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Harris embraces his role as Chairman to the Board and CEO. He is responsible for corporate strategy, governance, finance and organization. Mr. Harris oversees the vision and strategic direction of the corporation. He also ensures the fiscal health and continued growth of the organization, all the while providing valuable insight into the needs of an ever changing marketplace.
He leads new business development, new markets development and on-going client relations. Prior to founding Hampden, Mr. Harris worked in various industry segments including manufacturing, automotive, aviation, international trade, petrochemical, commercial and industrial real estate development.
Mr. Harris majored in engineering and business administration. He continued his acquisition of knowledge through numerous courses and seminars while bolstering his expertise in the field of business, economics, finance, various business structures and other investments.
Mr. Harris has an in-depth knowledge of the offshore and non-offshore financial sectors and has attended several industry conferences over the years. He has spent several years in the industry as an offshore business consultant. Mr. Harris has been involved in a number of other significant projects in the past several years, including the successful start-up of a private consortium group that provides turnkey facilities and economic development services to government and private sector clients.
Mr. Harris's attributes to the Hampden Pait organization derive from his unique combination of an international network of relationships, a strategic background in closing deals, strong technical negotiating skills and experience; strong leadership and interpersonal skills; human resources, corporate and project management; financial and systems management at strategic and tactical levels, and public relations.

Ms. Escraman shares knowledge from many disciplines including Accounting, Finance and Systems Management experience within the Private Sector at Senior Management levels. Her expertise and executive roles have entailed oversight responsibilities for organizational development and implementation of Strategic Systems in all aspects of management and finance.
She has proficient working knowledge in System Management both within the Private Sector at Senior Management levels and has attended several industry conferences over the years. Prior to joining Hampden Pait, Ms. Escraman worked in Hong Kong for a manufacturing company with plants in China as the Internal Accounting Manager, overseeing the accounting and computerized system and control of the company’s accounts. She was also responsible for the preparation of the annual financial statements to the auditors and government.
Ms. Escraman obtained her Bachelors of Science in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology, Cebu Philippines. Upon graduating, she started working as an Electronic and Communication Engineer for a major manufacturing company in Asia before pursuing a career in accounting.
She joined Hampden in 2003, and opened markets in the Philippines as well as in China, and was part of the management team coordinating growth, production capacity and quality requirements in Asia. Presently, she serves as Hampden Pait, as an Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer.
Ms. Escraman brings to Hampden Pait, the following wealth and expertise: Strong leadership, administration, and diversified backgrounds in both Financial and System Management at Strategic and tactical levels.
