Mr. Raji is uniquely qualified for providing management expertise and the ability to give leadership and direction in challenging any complex situations. He has the skill to "problem solve" in various combinations of business, technical analysis and cost control, planning, organization, policy and operating procedures, administration and efficient operation. Mr. Raji has more than 30 years in the automotive engineering industry in international development, with experiences including International Agricultural Research.
He attended the Takoradi Polytechnic Institute, Ghana, West Africa, as well as Mercedes Benz Institute, in Nigeria. Majoring in automotive engineering and business, Mr. Raji continued his acquisition of knowledge through numerous courses and seminars while bolstering his expertise in the field of business, various business structures, and other investments.
Mr. Raji was the Chief Engineer for Nigerian Motors Industries, Mercedes Benz Trucks Division, for the production of Mercedes Benz trucks, buses SUV’s and Unimogs where he worked in management operations within the Production/Technical Services, in Quality Control and Senior Reliability Engineering. Thus he was involved in organization, policy determination and operating procedures, work measurement/simplification, manpower allocation, preventative maintenance, vendor evaluation/selection, customer/dealer relations, data information usage and applications, personnel and labor relations, material handling/storage, facilities planning, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, efficiency, and profitability.
Mr. Raji joined Daimler Chrysler Canada Corporation at the Mississauga, Ontario Canada National Parts Depot, involve in all aspects of Mercedes Benz and Chrysler auto parts warehousing, distribution and warranty inspection as well as equipment maintenance.
He brings to Hampden Pait Holdings Ltd. the unique combination of an international network of relationships with a diversified backgrounds in both Agricultural Economics and Engineering, strong leadership, technical negotiating skills, corporate and project management at strategic and tactical levels; with specialized knowledge in dealing with both government and the private sector alike in Africa.

Mr. Koch’s professional development and expertise encompasses over four decades of extensive business development, sales, marketing and general management, experience in oil field equipment sales and hydrocarbon-based businesses providing products and services to major commercial markets. His background includes oil field construction, corporate business development strategies both domestic and international and general management with profit and loss accountability. He has in depth experience in the area of energy and commodity marketing in the Southern U.S. with both supply and distribution of bulk hydrocarbon products. In his current position, he is responsible for the company's strategic marketing and development in bio-fuels and hydrocarbon-based businesses.
