First, the academic requirements to obtain accreditation/registration are significant, but not a qualification per se. There are very few individuals in today’s society who are proficient in all of the above disciplines. These teams or individuals within the team will also be capable of conducting necessary training for facility operator and maintenance personnel.
Training may present a problem in some developing countries. This problem is somewhat diminished because Hampden Pait has excellent relationships with both large international engineering, design and construction firms, as well as some major universities. As such, training materials, training maintenance and operational manuals and all other documentation would be published in the affected language in addition to English.
