Our goal is to create partnership agreements and contracts with the locals in each country to implement our community development life cycle programs. The role of government will be to provide us with the community needs assessment of the region as well as land to develop mix-used humanitarian projects; to promote the programs to the citizens of that region for participation as end users; award contracts from both national and local government to local businesses created through the micro-enterprise development program to create jobs.
The role of Hampden Pait is to bring technology and expertise to help address human and economic issues. Hampden Pait develops infrastructure development projects, offering training and programs to help capacity building within these regions, and build partnerships with local companies within the region to create economic opportunities. We are extremely excited about the prospects of being able to provide the harmonic convergence of our various infrastructures, communications, service and technological solutions for these countries.
